The Client
Julie Thomas is a creative based in Brisbane, Australia. She’s written several books and is also available for charcoal portrait work. Oh, and she’s also Angela’s mum. ?
The Project
Julie needed a site that would clearly communicate what she does so that visitors could navigate to the bits that were most interesting and relevant to them. She wanted a way to reach more people with her message (and books), while showcasing her other creative pursuits.
The Solution
We put together a website that combined all of Julie’s creative bits, including an author bio (written in first person), free download pages for her ebooks, and a gallery to showcase her portfolio of artwork. Julie wanted a brand style that matched one of her book covers, so we chose a featured image and colours that blended perfectly. As for her brand voice? Well, that was easy – Angela’s been hearing that her whole life 😉
