Strategy
We take the time to get to know your brand via 60-minute strategy sessions and detailed questionnaires. We go deep, covering your goals, ideas, offers, audience, competitors, marketing tactics, and style preferences. We also do our own audience and competitor research so that we can develop a design that’ll fit your brand like a glove.
Design
We bring your vision to life with a custom design that’s modern, clean, on-brand, and optimised to convert. Using design software like Figma, you can easily provide feedback and comments to help us refine the look and feel of your website. With up to two rounds of revisions, there’s plenty of opportunities to help shape your design!
Development
Once you’ve approved our design mockups, we start developing the design — making sure that it is responsive, technically sound, and quick to load. We import all your content before running tests on a live development copy of your site. Then with your final approval, we launch the site. You’ll get handover documents with login details and other key information on your website.
Hosting & Maintenance
We'll host and maintain your website for the first 12 months (with the option to continue on your plan after this). We'll keep your site live, updated, secure, backed up, and monitored.
